4-10 years' experience in billing, tendering of civil construction projects, quantity estimation by taking of quantities from drawings as per IS standards, preparation of MIS reports such as variation statements, labour reconciliation, material reconciliation statements, rare analysis, preparation of budgets etc.

5-8 years' experience as a site architect working in a development consisting of mid- and high-rise buildings. The individual will liaise with design architects and act as the interface for various in-house service departments.

5-10 years' experience in design of various structures including structural design of multistoried R.C.C. (conventional as well as post-tension design) and steel structures, Industrial buildings, foundations for plant and machinery and checking of the detailing of drawings with respect to the latest codes of practice. The individual should be well conversant with STADD-PRO (Structural Analysis & Design Software) and familiar with generation of 3D models using AutoCAD.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Engineering (Civil) preferably with Post Graduation in Transportation/Highways or equivalent.
• At least 9-14 year(s) of working experience in design of highway projects using MX Design.
• Should have experience of working on Re-Engineering projects.
• Should have Good command on MX Road.

• Preparing Highway Alignment plans & Longitudinal sections, Cross sections, pavement structure, junction improvement schemes, road appurtenances, Toll plazas and all working drawings, presentation drawings & Detail drawings as per terms of reference of project.
• Rehabilitation & upgradition of roads.
• Preparation of Cad drawings for Structure, Roads and Highways.
