Desired Profile

The DGM (Corporate Legal) will work from NPCL's corporate office at Bangalore and be responsible for all legal matters concerned with NPCL's affairs. He/She should have proven experience in briefing senior counsels, experience in appearing in High Courts and local courts, experience of solving litigations related to corporate matters, land acquisition related matters, labour issues, commercial contracts such as Power Purchase Agreements, EPC contracts, etc. The DGM (Corporate Legal) will have about 15 years of experience and should have a degree in Law from a reputed university.
