THE JOB
  • take responsibility for the office organization
  • ensure proper filing as per company standard
  • handle incoming telephone calls
  • arrange meetings and attend and minute the meetings
  • arrange customer visits and journeys for the Sales Team
  • support the Sales force with paperwork, summarize and update the operations head
THE CANDIDATE
  • should have good communication skills and should be able to work under pressure
  • should be a systematic person and willing to take responsibilities
  • good command of the English language, in speaking and writing
  • fairly computer savvy, with familiarity in standard office software
