Sales Support Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handling payment processing - includes Amex and Maestro set up
  • Handling queries, issues and merchant calls
  • Handling MID (Merchant ID) & TID (Terminal ID)creations
  • Handling refund and manual charge slips
  • Generating FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate) for merchants
  • Chargeback tracking
  • Maintaining inventory and monthly reporting of terminals / edcs
  • Coordinating with courier team for delivery of cheques and maintaining a log book for the same
  • Coordinating with technicians on machine repairs / technical issues from merchants and ensuring same is completed within the given SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

Requirements:

  • Completed Secondary Education or Tertiary Education as preferred
  • At least one year's clerical experience
  • Possessing customer service and selling experience an added advantage
  • Numeric and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with good typing skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English
