Responsibilities:

• Member of the top management team, in designing and developing corporate business plan & budgets.
  
• Drives the organization to achieve operational & financial performance
• Visualise, Plan and Guide business expansion avenues and strategies as well as diversification initiatives at a level below the board of directors.
• Coordinate and be responsible for a Zone comprising of three or more Regions/States.
• Visualise, Plan and Guide business expansion avenues and strategies as well as diversification initiatives.
• Coordinate, Monitor and Review the operations of the Zone in terms of:
• * Development of People.
• * Business Results.
• * Identify and Groom juniors for shouldering wider responsibilities.
• * Provide Feedback to the Corporate.
• Uphold the Values, Ethics and Culture of the organization and be an ambassador of the organization.
• Establish and maintain liaison with external Professional, Business, Financial and Governmental bodies relevant to the operations.
• Implement the corporate directives.

Requirements:

• Graduate / post graduate in any discipline with MBA or CA/ICWA or BE in any discipline.
• 20 + years of experience of which at least 10+ years as Operations' head / profit center head preferably in a multi location FMCG organization handling perishable / price sensitive products.
• Experience in managing multiple processes which has sensible value addition to the end product.
• Able to handle high volume transactions.
• Excellent Communication.
• Excellent Interpersonal relationship.
• Moderate Financial skills.
• Moderate Marketing skills.
• Advanced Human relation skills.
