Responsibilities:

  • Day to day job planning.
  • Break down maintenance.
  • Preventive maintenance planning and implementation.
  • Break down and PM report and analysis.
  • Inventory and spares planning.
  • Shut down job planning.
  • Shut down job man-material planning.
  • History up date time to time.
  • Co-ordination with different department for work permit and safety permits.
  • To indent the spares etc.
  • Insulation and steam tracing.
  • Fab.Job supervison and material issue from store.
  • Contractors bill/measurement checking.
  • To book OT of tech.Time to Time.
  • To prepare Shift shedule and leave planning of manpower.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Engineering (Mechanical) with 3 years experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineer with 8 yrs experience.
  • Required language(s): English, Marathi.
  • Preferred language(s): Hindi.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taloja.
  • At least 3-8 year(s) of working experience in the continous process chemical industry is required for this position.
  • Male candidates around the age of 30 year(s) are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery)/Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
