    Responsibilities:

    • Training & Development
    • •Conducting induction programs for new recruits, including a comprehensive rotational training program for GETs and MTs
    • •Conducting training needs assessment using feedback from performance appraisals, interviews with functional heads and employee opinion surveys.
    • •Drawing up annual training schedules for individuals and teams
    • •Coordinating with trainers, organizing training programs
    • •Collecting feedback and evaluation of training programs
    • •Evaluating effectiveness of training for development of individuals and teams
    • •Prepare strategies and initiate actions for improvement of Training and development with in the organization

    • Organization development
    • •Conducting annual Employee Satisfaction surveys, collating results, disseminating feedback to top management, initiating action plans and implementation of actions to address dissatisfiers
    • •prepare strategies and initiate actions for Organization development like culture development, cross functional cooperation & communication, subordinate development, rewards and recognition, employee benefits and welfare etc.



    • Performance Management
    • •Coordinating with top management and functional heads for conducting regular performance appraisals for all levels of employees
    • •Play a proactive role during appraisal meetings, including fixing of increments, promotions, job rotations etc.
    • •Assimilating feedback from performance appraisal to formulate training needs for individuals and teams.
    • •Prepare strategies and initiate actions for improvement of the Performance management system

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): English.
    • Preferred language(s): .
    • At least 9 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
    • Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
