Job Description
  • Preparing complex financial models to assess financial and commercial viability of new business opportunities ranging in size from US$ 5 Million to US$ 100 Million.
  • Understanding commercial/contractual risks in long-term, multi-country agreements and recommending mitigation strategies
  • Working with global sales teams to develop pricing strategy and build revenue models
  • Working with other global finance groups like treasury, taxation, portfolio finance, US GAAP, etc. to develop optimal deal structure and mitigate contractual risk
 
Desired Profile

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • A professional qualification - either a CA, CPA or an MBA(Finance) is a must
  • Strong Financial modelling skills with ability to analyse and assess financial viability of long term projects using financial metrics such as NPV, IRR, Payback Period, etc.
  • Prior experience of 2 to 8 years with multinational corporations or Big 4 accounting firms
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong work ethics and ability to work with cross-border teams
  • Willingness to travel overseas (USA, UK, Australia) for short or long durations
  • Willingness to work in shifts including US timings (5:30pm to 2:30am IST)
